We have put great care into ensuring only quality products, so if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
For hygiene and legitimacy reasons, we cannot accept a return if it has passed the 30 days since delivery and/or does not meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and hygiene liners still intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at sales@sweetlikehunney.com within 7 days of receiving it — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.
