    You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

    For hygiene and legitimacy reasons, we cannot accept a return if it has passed the 30 days since delivery and/or does not meet the following  conditions:

    • Items must be unused and hygiene liners still intact.

    • Proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.

    • Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

     Faulty or Damaged Items

    If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at sales@sweetlikehunney.com within 7 days of receiving it — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

    Return Shipping

    • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

    • If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.
